Refunds and Returns.

I am certain you will love your artwork when it arrives. Most people tell me that the artwork looks even better in person than on my website and are delighted. Please do choose carefully and be sure you have taken account of measurements and colours and that the piece will work in your home. If you are within travelling distance of Tauranga and would prefer to see a piece in person, please contact me to organise a studio visit.

All sales are final and will not be given unless the product breaches the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. I cannot give refunds if you:

  • Change your mind

  • Your circumstances change

  • You find something cheaper elsewhere

If an art product is damaged in transit and rendered unfit for purpose, please take photos of the damaged artwork and the condition of the packaging. In this instance a refund may be available.. Please contact me immediately if this is the case.

Much care is taken to ensure the colours of the painting are accurately reflected in online images. However, there can sometime be very small shifts due to screen resolutions.

Intellectual Property

If you purchase an original work of art or a print from me (Tracey Finch), you own that physical piece of artwork - hooray! However, you do not also own the license, or possess the right to reproduce, or copy my intellectual property in any way. Tracey Finch reserves the right to create prints (or other products for sale) of any artwork available for sale or previously sold.

All intellectual property on this website and associated social media accounts is owned by Tracey Finch, including trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. Violating this intellectual property policy may result in legal action.
