FAQs
How do I buy artwork?
The best way to find out about new artwork releases is to add yourself to my email database where I share new work and insights into my art practice. If there is something you are interested in under the ‘paintings’ area of the website please send me an email enquiry.
Note: Most of the Kiwi nostalgia collection has been acquired and is in private collections. The Grounded collection will be shown at the NZ Art Show in June 2025 before any unsold work is made available to my email list.
Otherwise. when the studio shop is live (it’s currently disabled) it’s simple, just click ‘add to cart’ on your chosen artwork and checkout using a credit card. If required payment can be made via bank transfer and details will be emailed to you on request.
Is shipping included and how long does it take?
Shipping to mainland NZ is free for orders over $500.00
Shipping is by courier and typically requires a signature on delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for artwork to be dispatched - sometimes a little longer if selecting a framed piece. Occasionally fresh artwork needs this time for drying and varnishing. You’ll be sent an email once it’s on it’s way to you with a tracking number.
Do you offer returns?
Currently I don’t offer returns if you change your mind. Transporting artwork requires careful packaging and the more often a piece is transported, the more likely it is that damage may occur. So please choose carefully. If you would like more pictures of a piece before committing I am super happy to provide those - just ask in the contact form.
Please refer to the Terms of Service.
Do you do commissions?
Not right now. If this is something that interests you, please add yourself to my email database and I’ll share commission slots as they open.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. However bear in mind shipping stretched canvas artwork across oceans can be expensive. It may be cheaper to have the canvas removed from its stretchers and shipped rolled. We’d agree the approach and all costs upfront before any payment is made.
